STE P 1. Fourteen (14) calendar days from becoming aware of the occurrence of the matter at issue, the employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx will meet with the Division Manager and shall endeavour to settle the dispute. The Xxxxxxx shall cite the details and nature of the grievance, the relevant articles of the Agreement and the remedy sought.
