Common use of STE P 2 Clause in Contracts

STE P 2. Should no settlement ensue within seven (7) calendar days of the meeting in Step 1, the grievance shall be referred, in writing, to the General Manager who shall meet with the Shop Xxxxxxx and the employee and endeavour to settle the dispute. The written grievance shall state the details and nature of the grievance, cite relevant articles of the Agreement, and specify the remedy sought.

STE P 2. The written grievance shall state the details and nature of the grievance, cite relevant articles of the Collective Agreement, and specify the remedy sought.
