Step 4: Formal Procedure-Appeal to Superintendent. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step 3, the grievance may be transmitted to the Superintendent. Such transmittal will take place within fifteen (15) school days of the meeting at Step 3. Within ten (10) school days, the Superintendent or his/her designee will meet with the grievant and the Association on the grievance and will indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) school days of such meeting, and will furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and the Association.
