Approval Procedure. 1. To request approval to receive shared leave hours, an employee or their representative must submit the following documentation to Human Resource Services:
a. Application to Receive Shared Leave, and
b. Appropriate substantiating documentation, as specified on the application forms or in law, such as a Physician’s statement from the employee’s physician or, in the case of the uniformed services, their military orders, and
c. Photocopy of the employee’s latest Time/Leave Report
2. If the employee is incapacitated or is unavailable due to a call to service in the uniformed services, the employee’s representative may complete and submit the documentation.
Approval Procedure. Each party will submit to the other party for its prior approval, which approval may be withheld at such party's sole discretion, that portion of any press release, internet posting, marketing, advertising, promotional or similar materials referencing the other party and/or its Marks in connection with the Agreement (the "Marketing Materials"). Once approved, such Marketing Materials may be used until such approval is withdrawn pursuant to this Section. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that statements of fact made in routine correspondence with specific customers shall not constitute "Marketing Materials." The rights granted in this Section may be withdrawn at any time by the granting party upon reasonable prior written notice.
Approval Procedure. Notice of the request for a Partner's Approval of any matter for which such Approval is required pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered by the requesting Partner to each of the then Authorized Representatives, together with the requesting Partner's summary and analysis of any other matter for which such Approval is requested and the requesting Partner's recommendations with respect to any matter for which Approval is requested. Each Authorized Representative shall approve or disapprove such matter by notice to the other Partner given within ten (10) days following delivery of such notice. Failure of any Authorized Representative to timely respond by written notice to the requesting Partner, indicating Approval or disapproval of such matter and, if disapproved, the reason for such disapproval, shall be deemed withholding of the Approval by such Authorized Representative of such matter for which Approval is requested. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no Authorized Representative of a Partner shall have the right to Approve any action if such Partner no longer has Approval rights with respect to such issue under Sections 7.9 and 5.1.6.1.

Approval Procedure. 1. Before an employee takes annual or personal leave, the number of days requested must have been earned and prior approval must be secured in the following manner.
2. Except in an emergency, all employees shall have the approval of their immediate supervisor.
3. Except in an emergency, all employees shall have approval at least two weeks prior for personal leave on the day before or the day following a school holiday, the first or last day of the school year, or on a staff development day.
Approval Procedure. Request for Tuition Reimbursement" forms are available in the Human Resources Division. Approval must be obtained in advance of taking the course. Approval from the employee's division director is required before submittal to the Human Resources Director or his or her designee for final approval.
Approval Procedure. The procedures for operating this Agreement are regulated in Annex 3. The procedures can be changed at any time by written consent of both parties.

c. An employee’s leave status is a private matter and will not be discussed in front of other individuals. The appropriate supervisor shall handle any nonclerical concerns about leave.

Approval Procedure. As soon as possible after an Application is received by the Chairperson, he/she shall convene the Sick Day Bank Committee to act on the Application. If the Application is approved based on the information contained therein along with the accompanying Attending Physician's Statement, the Chairperson shall provide written notification of the approval to the applicant, the Central Office, and the GEA President of that action. If the Application is not acted upon because of the need for additional information or clarification, the Chairperson shall provide written notification of that fact, along with the additional information/clarification that is needed, to the bargaining unit member. As soon as possible after receipt of the needed information, the Committee will be reconvened to act upon the Application. If the Application is denied, the Chairperson shall provide written notification of the denial to the bargaining unit member.
Approval Procedure. If Landlord approves a transfer or sublease, Tenant shall, prior to the Proposed Effective Date, submit to Landlord an executed original of the transfer or sublease agreement for execution by Landlord on the signature page after the words "the foregoing is hereby consented to". No purported transfer or sublease shall be deemed effective as against Landlord and no proposed transferee or subtenant shall take occupancy unless such document is so executed by Landlord.
