Step III. President level. If the Grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Step II, a request for review may be filed with the President of the University within five (5) business days of the date of the decision from the Xxxxxxx. The request for review shall be presented on the Grievance Review Form (Appendix B). Upon request of either party, the President, or a designee not hearing the grievance at Steps I or II, will meet with the Grievant and hear the grievance within ten (10) business days. The Grievant is entitled to representation by the Association at this meeting. The President will render a decision in writing to the Grievant and Association, if represented, within ten (10) business days of the hearing, or within ten (10) business days of receiving the Grievance Review Form if no meeting is held.
