Common use of Step-Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Step-Time Limits. Failure of the employer at any step of the grievance procedure to render their decision on a grievance within the specified time limits for that level shall result in the employer granting the grievance and the relief sought by the employee. Failure of the employee to process their grievance within the specified time limit for that step shall be deemed a withdrawal of the grievance without prejudice.
