Step Two of The Grievance Procedure. The Employee’s Department Head or designate shall, within fifteen (15) days of the date the grievance was received, meet with the grievor and the Institute representative, and shall, within five (5) days of the meeting, notify the Institute in writing of his/her decision with regard to the grievance.
