STEWARDS AND. (a) The Company shall six stewards to assist employees in presenting their grievances to representatives of the Company. Three alternate stewards may be designated to assist employees when their regular stewards are not available. The names of such stewards and alternates shall be submitted to the Company. Stewards shall be permitted to leave their respective sections if permission has been granted by their supervisor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, and will give a reasonable explanation which may be requested in respect to their absence. STEWARDS AND. (a) The Company No individual employee or group of employees shall six stewards undertake to assist employees in presenting their grievances to representatives represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without proper authorization of the CompanyUnion. Three alternate stewards In order that this may be carried out, the Union will supply the Employer with the names of its Business Representatives. Similarly, the Employer will supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business. Such Business Representative shall have access to the Employer's premises, provided he first reports to the Plant Manager or his designate. Such review is to take place at such time and place within the unit as may be designated by Management. STEWARDS AND. The University agrees to recognize not twenty-five (a25) Union Stewards selected by the Union from among employees who have completed their probationary period, two (2) of whom may be the Chief Xxxxxxx and Deputy Chief Xxxxxxx.
