Stipend for Assistant Chairperson. Every Assistant Chairperson shall receive a stipend equal to 40% of the stipend paid to the Chairperson whom they assist, or $3,500, whichever is greater, for each year of service as Assistant Chairperson. This stipend will be paid in the same manner and on the same schedule as Chairperson stipends are paid.
