Stipends for Degrees. The Board agrees to pay a one-time monetary stipend for unit members who complete degrees while employed, based on the following schedule: associate’s degree = $250; bachelor’s degree = $750; master’s degree = $1,000. Bargaining unit members must submit a memo to Human Resources requesting payment along with the official transcript showing the newly earned degree.
