Common use of Stock Ownership Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Stock Ownership Guidelines. The Executive shall be required to hold shares of the Company’s common stock as set forth in, and subject to the terms of, AFG’s Executive Stock Ownership and Retention Policy as in effect from time to time.

Stock Ownership Guidelines. The Executive shall be required to hold shares of the CompanyAFG’s common stock as set forth in, and subject to required by any stock ownership policy adopted by the terms of, AFG’s Executive Stock Ownership and Retention Policy as in effect Board (or any committee thereof) from time to time.

Stock Ownership Guidelines. The Executive shall be required to hold shares of the Company’s common stock as set forth inequal in value to two (2) times the Executive’s Base Salary, and subject to the terms of, AFG’s Executive Stock Ownership and Retention Policy as in effect of any stock ownership policy adopted by the Board of Directors (or any committee thereof) of AFG from time to time.

The Executive shall be required to hold shares of the Company’s common stock as set forth inequal in value to three (3) times the Executive’s Base Salary, and subject to the terms of, AFG’s Executive Stock Ownership and Retention Policy as in effect of any stock ownership policy adopted by the Board of Directors (or any committee thereof) of AFG from time to time.

Stock Ownership Guidelines. The Executive shall be required to hold shares of and otherwise comply with the CompanyCorporation’s common stock as set forth in, and subject to the terms of, AFG’s Executive Stock Ownership Guidelines for Executives and Retention Policy as in effect Outside Director Policy, which may be updated from time to time.
