Stop Grant Activities. The TCEQ may stop the Grant Activities if, in the reasonable opinion of the TCEQ, the PERFORMING PARTY fails to perform the Grant Activities in such a way which conforms to the Contract. The TCEQ may order the PERFORMING PARTY to stop the Grant Activities, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order has been eliminated; however, this right of the TCEQ to stop the Grant Activities shall not give rise to any duty on the part of the TCEQ to exercise this right for the benefit of the PERFORMING PARTY or any surety or other party.
