Stop Services. a. DSHS shall have the right at any time during the Agreement to order the Services of Contractor, or any of its Subcontractors or suppliers fully or partially suspended or stopped, if, in the judgment of DSHS, the Deliverables or Services fail to conform to the Specifications and requirements in this Agreement. Contractor shall receive notice of the reasons for such an order.
