Stop Services. a. DSHS shall have the right at any time during the Agreement to order the Services of Contractor, or any of its Subcontractors or suppliers fully or partially suspended or stopped, if, in the judgment of DSHS, the Deliverables or Services fail to conform to the Specifications and requirements in this Agreement. Contractor shall receive notice of the reasons for such an order. b. In addition, DSHS shall have the right at any time prior to implementation to order the Services fully or partially suspended for its own convenience. Contractor will receive Notice of the reasons for such an order. The schedule shall be delayed on a day for day basis to the extent DSHS has issued a suspension order to Contractor and such order is causing delays in completing the Services in accordance with the schedule.
