Import and Export of Data. The Purchasing Entity shall have the ability to import or export data in piecemeal or in entirety at its discretion without interference from the Contractor at any time during the term of Contractor’s contract with the Purchasing Entity. This includes the ability for the Purchasing Entity to import or export data to/from other Contractors. Contractor shall specify if Purchasing Entity is required to provide its’ own tools for this purpose, including the optional purchase of Contractors tools if Contractors applications are not able to provide this functionality directly.

As it relates to the export of such data and information, Vendor shall provide to or ensure the applicable Governmental Entity has obtained an export of any requested data or information within one (1) day of any request in the format specified by the Governmental Entity.

If all or a portion of the funding used to pay for the Deliverables is being provided through a grant from the federal government, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that pursuant to applicable federal laws, regulations, circulars and bulletins, the awarding agency of the federal government reserves certain rights including, without limitation a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, for federal government purposes, the Deliverables developed under this Agreement and the copyright in and to such Deliverables.
