Stopping Payment Requests. You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon, or ACH debit scheduled from, your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, mail, with online banking or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for us to act upon it, and you state the account number, date, and check number; its exact amount; and to whom it was issued. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, we will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. For ACH debits, the stop-payment order must be received at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the account number, date, and the exact amount of the item, as well as the number of the item or originator of the ACH debit. If the stop-payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon it, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we re-credit your account after paying a check over a valid and timely stop-payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the item to the Credit Union, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the payee.

  • Reimbursement Requests This is a cost-reimbursement Agreement. Disbursement of funds under this Agreement may be requested only for necessary, reasonable, and allowable costs described in PART B, and for which the Subrecipient has made payment during the period of performance set forth in Section 2.1 above. The City agrees to reimburse the Subrecipient for such costs, and payment shall be made upon receipt of a request for reimbursement form (PART C) accompanied by a monthly accomplishment report from the Subrecipient specifying the services performed and expenses incurred. All requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by two sets of documentation: 1) case file data which confirms eligibility of the clients on whose behalf payments have been made; and 2) documentation of payment for eligible expenses (i.e., invoices, receipts, bills from vendors, copies of checks, time sheets, etc.), copies of checks from other grants etc.) received and expended, and other supporting documentation. Supporting documentation must be accompanied by an agency payment voucher providing this information and a copy of the signed check with which the payment was made.   • Invoicing Payment 13.1 The agreed prices are net of any applicable value-added tax. Invoices are to be issued for deliveries made and services provided. These invoices shall comply with the relevant statutory invoicing requirements according to the national value-added tax legislations to which the deliveries / services being invoiced are subject. If self-billing (evaluated receipt settlement) is agreed, the Contractor must transfer to the Principal all data required as per the applicable value-added tax legislation specified in advance.

  • Billing; Payment Conga will issue an invoice to You on or about the Effective Date and at least 30 days before the subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date for renewal terms as specified in the associated Order Form. Such fees shall be paid annually in advance. Conga will invoice You in advance or otherwise in accordance with the Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due net 30 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information and notifying Conga of any changes to such information. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are nonrefundable, except as expressly set forth in the Agreement to the contrary. If You add Additional Users to the Service, allow use of the Service by more than the paid-for number of Users, or utilize Service Events in excess of the allowance associated with Your subscription, Conga will invoice You for the additional applicable fees.
