STORAGE AND PARKING. Resident recognizes that his/her storage of any personal property or vehicles on the Premises is at his/her own risk. Resident acknowledges that all locks or security systems may potentially be breached and that no warranty or representation is made regarding the efficacy of such systems. Resident hereby recognizes that Owner and agent are not liable for claims for damages arising out of the loss or damage to goods in storage for whatever reason outside the Owner’s control.
