Storage, Handling and Application. The removal of biosolids from the storage site(s), the use of proper application techniques, and the furnishing of sufficient equipment to perform same is solely the responsibility of the Operator. Where weather conditions have delayed land applications or storage site clearing, material which has not been spread and/or incorporated shall be at the earliest possible time. Where weather conditions have delayed land applications or storage site clearing, material which has not been applied to the designated site shall be accomplished as soon as practical for the field conditions. The Biosolids Program Manager or her/his designated representative shall assist in making this determination.
