Store Person. For the purposes of this Agreement, a Store person Level 1 shall mean an employee who performs work to the level of their training and: ▪ Is responsible for the quality of their own work (subject to instruction and direction); ▪ Works in a team environment and/or under routine supervision; ▪ Undertakes duties in a safe and responsible manner; ▪ Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training; ▪ Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills; ▪ May be required to perform the following tasks: ▪ Storing or packing of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations ▪ Order assembly including picking stock ▪ Receiving, checking, dispatching and sorting of productsOperation of computer equipment to carry out stores work ▪ Documenting and recording of goods, materials and components ▪ Basic inventory control ▪ Periodic housekeeping and stock checks ▪ Use of material handling equipment, hand trolleys and pallet trucks ▪ Other duties as directed.

  • Entity If the Subscriber is a corporation, company, trust, employee benefit plan, individual retirement account, Xxxxx Plan, or other tax-exempt entity, it is authorized and qualified to become an investor in the Company and the person signing this Agreement on behalf of such entity has been duly authorized by such entity to do so.

  • Individual “Individual” shall have the same meaning as the term “individual” in Section 164.501 and shall include a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with Section 164.502(g).

  • Competitor “Competitor” means any person, firm, business or other organization or entity that designs, develops, produces, offers for sale or sells products that are in competition with the products of the Company or an Affiliate as designed, developed, produced, offered for sale or sold by the Company or an Affiliate at the time of Executive’s Separation from Service.

  • Passive NFFE A “Passive NFFE” means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.

  • Officer An officer of Kaydon (or any related entity) with annual compensation greater than $150,000 in 2008 (as adjusted for future years as provided in Section 416 of the Internal Revenue Code);

  • Director An Approved User who is generally a senior IT official of the Requester with the necessary expertise and authority to affirm the IT capacities at the Requester. The IT Director is expected to have the authority and capacity to ensure that the NIH Security Best Practices for Controlled-Access Data Subject to the NIH GDS Policy and the Requester’s IT security requirements and policies are followed by all of the Requester’s Approved Users.

  • Individuals To register an Account or use the Services, you must be an individual at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement (“Individual”). You further represent that you have not previously been suspended or removed from use of the Services. In addition, where applicable, you must have an account in good standing with Business (“Business Account”) if you are registering for an Account through the Platform.

  • Lessee Affiliate Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 12.1 hereof, Lessee may assign or sublet the Premises, or any portion thereof, without Lessor's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Lessee, or to any corporation resulting from the merger or consolidation with Lessee, or to any person or entity which acquires all the assets of Lessee as a going concern of the business that is being conducted on the Premises, provided that said assignee assumes, in full, the obligations of Lessee under this Lease. Any such assignment shall not, in any way, affect or limit the liability of Lessee under the terms of this Lease even if after such assignment or subletting the terms of this Lease are materially changed or altered without the consent of Lessee, the consent of whom shall not be necessary.

  • Associate Directors (A) Any person who has served as a director may be elected by the Board of Directors as an associate director, to serve during the pleasure of the Board. (B) An associate director shall be entitled to attend all directors meetings and participate in the discussion of all matters brought to the Board, with the exception that he would have no right to vote. An associate director will be eligible for appointment to Committees of the Company, with the exception of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, which must be comprised solely of active directors.
