Common use of Storing Credentials Clause in Contracts

Storing Credentials. The Services may allow you to store your login credentials in your web browser so that you can be automatically logged in each time you access the Services. If someone else has access to your computer or web browser, the automatic login feature will allow that person to have access to your account. You are responsible for any 75F damages resulting from unauthorized access to the Services from your account and 75F will have no liability to you or any third party for damages or loss related to such unauthorized access or use.
