Usage and Limitations. LICENSEE is entitled to use the SOFTWARE within the scope of the Agreement. The license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement is a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use SOFTWARE in ACADEMIA for ACADEMIC PURPOSES and for PRIVATE USE, limited in time to the term of this Agreement. Use in accordance with the Agreement includes installation of the SOFTWARE and loading, display and running of the installed SOFTWARE. LICENSEE may duplicate SOFTWARE insofar as such duplication is required to use SOFTWARE. LICENSEE is not entitled:
a. to transfer SOFTWARE or make it available to third parties in any form apart from the exceptions expressly specified in this Agreement. In particular, LICENSEE is not permitted to sell, loan, lease or rent the SOFTWARE or sub-license it in any other way, or to reproduce SOFTWARE or make it accessible publicly;
b. to use SOFTWARE in the context of cooperation agreements, project work or other collaboration with for-profit organizations, or with governmental and/or non-profit organizations that do not qualify as ACADEMIA. This includes contract calculations for third parties. If all partners have a valid license for SOFTWARE or for the contract calculations, the limitations of 3 b) do not apply;
c. to share data generated with SOFTWARE with third parties for other purposes than ACADEMIC PURPOSES. Publication of data in a scientific journal is expressly permitted.
d. to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble SOFTWARE or parts of it, to create works derived from SOFTWARE or parts of it, or to duplicate, translate or modify it or derive works from it outside the scope of this Agreement;
e. to transfer SOFTWARE from one computer via a network or other data transfer channel to another computer or another receiving device if said transfer is not within the scope of this Agreement;
f. to remove copyright marks.
Usage and Limitations a. Transactions available through ATM Networks are limited by the capabilities of the individual automated teller machines. b There is no limit to the number of times you may use your card for non-withdrawal transactions.
c. ATM withdrawals are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of $525.
d. CFCU reserves the right to refuse any transaction.
e. MasterCard Debit Card transactions will be debited approximately 3 business days after the date of purchase. However, the amount of the transaction will be held from the available funds in your checking account the same day and will not be available for other use.
f. MasterCard Debit Card transactions are subject to a daily limit of $2,500 or funds available in your checking account and available overdraft sources, whichever is less.
g. CFCU reserves the right to overdraw an account and charge a fee for doing so.
h. You agree not to use your MasterCard debit card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If your wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law.
i. Online Banking inter-institution (AKA eMoneyMover), transactions are subject to a limit based on share and length of time as a Member of CFCU. Please call us or contact us via Secure mail in eBranch (online banking) if you have questions about limits on these transfers.
Usage and Limitations. A. Discretionary leave may be used at the discretion of the teacher to cover any absence not described in Section 2 Child Care leave, Section 3 Bereavement Leave, Section 4 Enrichment Leave, Section 5 Educational Leave, Section 6 Professional Leave, Section 7 Association Leave and Section 8 Jury Duty.
1) Employees can use their discretionary (earned sick and safe time) for reasons such as:
a) The employee’s mental or physical illness, treatment or preventive care;
b) a family member’s mental or physical illness, treatment or preventive care;
c) absence due to domestic abuse, sexual assault or stalking of the employee or a family member;
d) closure of the employee’s workplace due to weather or public emergency or closure of a family member’s school or care facility due to weather or public emergency; and
e) when determined by a health authority or health care professional that the employee or a family member is at risk of infecting others with a communicable disease.
B. Discretionary days must be exhausted prior to using accumulated sick leave and/or in accordance with this section.
C. There will be a five (5) consecutive day limit for discretionary leave usage. Pre approval is required and will be limited to 1 time per school year. Pre approved discretionary leave would be considered exhausted leave.
D. Teachers may request leaves in excess of five (5) consecutive leave days to the Director of Human Resources. Each request shall stand on its own merit and shall not be established as past practice.
E. The use of pre-approved discretionary leave during the first and last week with students or scheduled “open house” events will incur a 2-for-1 deduction. Missed parent conferences shall be made up with administrative approval and will incur no deduction of leave.
F. Teachers using discretionary leave during a staff development building or district time will be responsible for the missed training/content.
G. Pre-approved discretionary leave (PDL) limitations:
a. No more than four (4) teachers from the high school and three (3) teachers from any other building can use PDL on the same day.
b. The Director of Human Resources may allow an additional number of teachers to utilize PDL on any day at their exclusive discretion.

Usage and Limitations. The use of the wristband is very straightforward. It is attached to the wrist just after the user wakes up and until going to bed. Only while having a shower it has to be removed in order to avoid problems due to water. It is important that the wristband is tight and correctly placed on the wrist. The device has to be charged every night, connecting it to the provided charger. Sometimes the device lights a LED to give a notification such as battery low indication for instance. The user must understand these notifications to address the corresponding actions to ensure proper functioning.
