Usage and Limitations a. Transactions available through ATM Networks are limited by the capabilities of the individual automated teller machines. There is no limit to the number of times you may use your card for non-withdrawal transactions.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Software will be compatible or operate with the Client’s computer, internet provider’s service plan, mobile carrier’s service plan, or any other piece of hardware, software, equipment, or device they use to access or use the Software. The Client is responsible for providing, maintaining, and ensuring the compatibility of all hardware, software, and other system requirements necessary for their access to and use of the Software. They are responsible for all third-party charges and fees, including to their internet service provider and mobile carrier, in connection with their access and use of the Software and for complying with any contracts, terms of service Agreements, and restrictions associated with such third-party services. The quality and availability of the Software may be affected by factors outside of the Service Provider’s control because the Software is provided over the internet. The Service Provider will have no liability for damages or losses related to the Software being unavailable.
Usage and Limitations. The use of the wristband is very straightforward. It is attached to the wrist just after the user wakes up and until going to bed. Only while having a shower it has to be removed in order to avoid problems due to water. It is important that the wristband is tight and correctly placed on the wrist. The device has to be charged every night, connecting it to the provided charger. Sometimes the device lights a LED to give a notification such as battery low indication for instance. The user must understand these notifications to address the corresponding actions to ensure proper functioning.

Discretionary leave may be used at the discretion of the teacher to cover any absence not described in Section 2 Child Care leave, Section 3 Bereavement Leave, Section 4 Enrichment Leave, Section 5 Educational Leave, Section 6 Professional Leave, Section 7 Association Leave and Section 8 Jury Duty.

Discretionary leave may be used at the discretion of the teacher to cover any absence not described in sections 10.14 Bereavement Leave, 10.15 Legal Leave, 10.16 Short Duration Time Off, and 10.2 Extended Leaves Discretionary days must be exhausted prior to using Accumulated Sick Days. There will be a forty (40) consecutive hour limit for discretionary leave use. Requests shall be made through the AESOP System. Except in the case of an emergency, the leave must be requested a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the absence. During the months of August through April of each year, no more than 15% of teachers in each school building may be on pre-arranged discretionary leave at any one time. For the month of May, no teacher may use more than sixteen (16) pre-arranged discretionary leave hours, and no more than 15% of teachers in each school building may be on leave at any one time. Additional teachers, in excess of the 15% shall be granted discretionary leave in the event of personal illness or the illness of a family member. Discretionary leave and Accumulated Sick Bank leave may not be used on days that long-term disability insurance benefits are paid. Absences due to approved school business will not incur a discretionary or accumulated leave deduction. Teachers who utilize discretionary leave or short duration time off on a designated District professional development day will be responsible for making up the learning that was missed. Building principals will provide guidance on the expected requirements.
Usage and Limitations. Temporary employees shall be used only in cases where such usage will augment existing staffing situations.
