STORM PROTECTION. 1. The Contractor shall take every practicable precaution to minimize danger to persons and to the work during rainy or windy conditions. The County shall protect all County facilities within their work project. Also the Contractor shall protect all facilities from damage due to the Contractor’s negligence. 2. As part of its storm protection, the Contractor shall provide a storm water management plan (erosion control plan), to be reviewed and approved by the County.
