Common use of Storm Water Quality Clause in Contracts

Storm Water Quality. Protection of the quality in nearby waters and wetlands is a primary goal of the City. The Owner shall be required to abide by all provisions of federal and state laws and regulations, now or in the future, including those established by the Department of Health and Environmental Control, the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, and their successors for the handling of storm water, provided that such future regulations shall only apply to future development on the Property which has not been permitted and/or developed at the time such regulations are adopted. If applicable, further provisions regarding Storm Water are included within the PDD Standards for this Project.
