Common use of STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN Clause in Contracts

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN. The plans, specifications, contracts, scheduling and cost estimates and the General Grading Plan to be submitted by the Subdivider for approval of the County Engineer, of the MECP, and of the Conservation Authority, as required by paragraph 10, paragraph 11, paragraph 12, of the said Subdivision Agreement to which this Schedule is attached as Schedule "F", shall include a Stormwater Management Plan that must address and include the following matters and things:‌
