Street Additions. As new streets are constructed and accepted by CITY, CITY 14 may, at CITY’S sole option, designate such streets as part of the Service Area for the purposes ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sweeping Service. If the City Representative designates such streets as part of the 16 Service Area CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping Service on such streets under the 17 terms and conditions of this Agreement within fifteen (15) Work Days of receipt of notice from 18 the City Representative to begin service.
Street Additions. 8 As new streets are constructed and accepted by CITY, CITY may, at 9 CITY’s sole option, designate such streets as part of CONTRACTOR’s Service 10 District for the purposes of RSS Service. If the City Representative designates 11 such streets as part of CONTRACTOR’s Service District, CONTRACTOR shall 12 provide RSS Service on such streets under the terms and conditions of this 13 Agreement within fifteen (15) Work Days of receipt of notice from the City 14 Representative to begin service. CITY shall compensate CONTRACTOR for the 15 additional Curb Miles at the Monthly Street Sweeping rate set forth on line A.5 in 16 Exhibit 1 (“Compensation”) to this Agreement.
Street Additions. As new streets are constructed and accepted by 1680 TOWN, TOWN may, at TOWN’S sole option, designate such streets as part of the Service Area 1681 for the purposes of Street Sweeping Service. If the Town Representative designates such 1682 streets as part of the Service Area CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping Service on 1683 such streets under the terms and conditions of this Agreement within fifteen (15) Work Days of 1684 receipt of written notice from the Town Representative to begin service.
Street Additions. As new streets are constructed and accepted 26 by CITY, CITY may, at CITY’s sole option, designate such streets as part of 27 CONTRACTOR’s Service District for the purposes of Residential Street Sweeping 28 Service. If the City Representative designates such streets as part of CONTRACTOR’s 29 Service District, CONTRACTOR shall provide Residential Street Sweeping Service on 30 such streets under the terms and conditions of this Agreement within fifteen (15) Work 31 Days of receipt of notice from the City Representative to begin service. CITY shall 32 compensate CONTRACTOR for the additional Curb Miles at the Monthly Street 33 Sweeping rate set forth on line A.5 in Exhibit 1 (“COMPENSATION RATES”) to this 34 Agreement.

Related to Street Additions

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Allocation of Overtime Subject to the operational requirements of the service, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort: (a) to allocate overtime work on a fair and equitable basis among readily available and qualified employees; and (b) where overtime is predictable, employees shall be provided with a minimum of four (4) hours notice.

  • Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.

  • Asbestos Any material that contains more than one percent asbestos and is friable or is releasing asbestos fibers into the air above current action levels established by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

  • Billing Limitations a. DSHS shall pay the Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract. b. DSHS shall not pay any claims for payment for services submitted more than twelve (12) months after the calendar month in which the services were performed. c. The Contractor shall not bill and DSHS shall not pay for services performed under this Contract, if the Contractor has charged or will charge another agency of the state of Washington or any other party for the same services.
