Streets. 1. Right-of-way width shall be in accordance with the street’s classification. 2. All intersections shall be 90 degree, unless approved in advance by the City Engineer. 3. Street extensions shall be laid out to promote efficient vehicular circulation. 4. All rights-of-way shall be extended to property lines to avoid landlocking adjacent parcels, unless otherwise approved through the platting process. 5. Maximum permitted road grade is 15%. 6. Adequate transverse slope must be provided for surface water drainage. 7. Maximum dead end street length is 300 feet.
