Common use of Strike and Lockout Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Strike and Lockout Prohibited. Neither the Association nor any officers, agents, or employees will instigate, promote, encourage, engage in or condone any strike, picketing, slowdown, concerted work stoppage, or any other intentional interruption of work during the term of this Agreement. The City shall not authorize a lockout of the officers during the term of this Agreement.
