STRIKE NOTIFICATION. If the College and the Association are unable to reach agreement, within seven days after the publication of findings and recommendations from the arbitrator, the Employees shall have the right to strike if the Association gives to the College a ten-day prior written notice of its intent to strike and of the time, date, and place of any strike.
