Common use of Strike or Lockouts Clause in Contracts

Strike or Lockouts. 13.1 The Union will not cause, nor permit its members to cause, nor will any member of the bargaining unit take part in a slow down or a strike, either a sit-down or stay-in, or any other kind of strike, or any other kind of interference or any work stoppage whatsoever, either total or partial, of any of the Company's operations during the term of this Agreement. The Company will not cause, nor permit its Employees to cause, engage in or permit, a lock-out of any of its Employees within the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement.
