Strike Team/Task Force Leaders. It shall be the responsibility of the jurisdiction sending a Strike Team/Task Force Leader to ensure that the leader has adequate communications capability. Adequate communications capability is identified and defined in the Statewide FIRESCOPE Frequency Plan.
