Common use of Stripe action Clause in Contracts

Stripe action. Stripe may prevent you from redeeming funds in the Stripe Issuing Account if Stripe believes your use (or intended use) of the Stripe Issuing Account (a) breaches this Agreement or any other agreement between you and Stripe; (b) is for any Card Unauthorised Purpose; or (c) would expose you, Stripe or others to risks unacceptable to Stripe. Unless restricted by Law, Stripe will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if Stripe takes that action.
