STRUCTURE 12. 3.1 The Association shall designate a Grievance Representative for each school chosen from the staff of that school in such manner as may be directed by the Association. 12.3.2 A formal written grievance will be submitted on the Grievance Form. All written responses to the grievance will be submitted on the Grievance Form. Additional sheets may be attached to the Grievance Form as needed. A copy of the Grievance Form is attached to the Agreement. (2013)
