STRUCTURE OF COMMITTEES. 1. The Joint Health and Safety Committees (referred to hereafter as “the Joint Committee”) shall consist of members selected by management and representing Management and members selected by the Union. Alternates are required, however they shall only be used in absences of the member or with the approval of the Co-Chairpersons. Each party will supply a listing of one (1) alternate for each Committee Member.
