STUDENT AND PARENTS Clause Samples

The "STUDENT AND PARENTS" clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of both the student and their parents or guardians within the context of an agreement, such as an enrollment contract or school policy. This clause typically outlines expectations for student conduct, academic performance, and compliance with school rules, as well as the parents' duties regarding tuition payments, communication, and support of school policies. By clearly delineating these responsibilities, the clause helps ensure mutual understanding and accountability, reducing the likelihood of disputes and promoting a cooperative relationship between the school, student, and parents.
