Common use of Student Behavior Clause in Contracts

Student Behavior. The STUDENT agrees to strictly abide by all federal, state, and local laws, all UNIVERSITY policy and procedures, including the Dominican University Student Handbook, the Student Code of Conduct, and all Residence Hall Policies and Guidelines. The UNIVERSITY reserves the right to terminate this contract for any violation of UNIVERSITY policy (Section II:D herein).

Student Behavior.
