Student Compensation. 11.6.1 Students (who are primarily University of Saskatchewan students) employed to perform the full scope of duties within an existing Family and Phase of the CUPE 1975 bargaining unit shall be paid in accordance with the respective salary range.
11.6.2 Notwithstanding Article 11.6.1, the Employer may establish new student positions within the Scope of CUPE 1975. Accordingly, new positions will be placed within the current range of established FAPA rates by mutual agreement between Human Resources and CUPE 1975 based on a review of the position profile developed by the Employer.
Student Compensation. In exchange for work that Student performs on any project under this Agreement, University must pay compensation to Student including each payment due as an employer’s contribution under State of Connecticut local worker’s compensation laws, under Federal or State social security laws, or under other applicable laws. University must provide to Organization a payroll form identifying Student’s period of work, name, hourly wage rate, and allotted pay. Organization must forward to University for each payroll period a time report for review and retention that indicates a total of hours that Student has worked each week, in clock time sequence, and containing an applicable supervisor’s certification as to the accuracy of each reported hour.
Student Compensation. The Affiliate shall not compensate students for their services unless otherwise and previously agreed to by the parties to this Agreement. The Affiliate shall reimburse the students for incidental costs incurred in the rendering of assigned services in accordance with the regular payment policies of the Affiliate.
Student Compensation a. According to the District’s offer, the District will provide reimbursement to the Complainants for the cost of one visit to the Student in his placement during the 2014-2015 school year. Parents will provide the District with a copy of the receipts for motel stays within 30 days of the date of closure of this complaint. This resolves all future monetary claims regarding the Student’s placement and services.
b. Mileage will be provided for 883 miles each way and up to $140 per night for 4 nights in a motel.
