Student Files. It is the mutual responsibility of the parties to this agreement to keep a student personal file current with respect to physical, emotional and other special circumstances once such information is disclosed. This information should be communicated to the building administrator. It will then be communicated to the affected personnel by the building principal or designee.
Student Files. 1. Party A shall, when ordering the textbooks, provide Party B the student files of the students participating the BTEST content distribution. Party A shall guarantee that the student files so furnished are true and complete, and Party B shall not provide BTEST examination and certification service to any student other than those specified in the student files furnished by Party A.
Student Files. A student's files (main office and counselors') shall be made available to teachers for professional purposes.
Student Files. The administration shall, insofar as possible, provide up-to-date comprehensive files of all enrolled students to aid in the formulation of specific educational objectives. The files shall be confidential.
