Student Growth Goal Setting. 1. The teacher who is on a Comprehensive evaluation will select student growth goal(s) 3, 6, and 8. These goals shall be shared with and mutually agreed upon with the teacher and evaluator by November 1st. 2. Student data that measures growth between two points in time within the current school year shall be used to calculate a teacher’s student growth score. The measurements used shall be determined by the teacher in collaboration with the evaluator. 3. If a goal needs to be adjusted after November 1st, the teacher and evaluator will meet and mutually agree upon a modification. 4. The District will make available and support work during PLC time for all teachers on a Comprehensive evaluation to engage in activities that support work that may be used to satisfy the student growth requirements defined in Criteria 3, 6, and 8.
