Common use of Student Hearings Clause in Contracts

Student Hearings. If the Board requires an employee to be present during a student disciplinary hearing, such employee will be released to attend such hearing with pay. If the hearing takes place outside such employee’s regular work hours, the employee will be paid his/her regular hourly rate for all time spent at such hearing, but not fewer than two (2) hours.
