Evaluation Conference. The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of week six (6) of the spring semester. The purpose of the evaluation conference is to discuss the results of the visitation and other relevant evaluation information. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in year four (4) are necessary.
Evaluation Conference. Following each formal evaluation, which shall include a conference with the evaluator, the bargaining unit member shall sign and be given a copy of the evaluation report prepared by the evaluator. In no case shall the bargaining unit member's signature be construed to mean that he/she necessarily agrees with the contents of the evaluation. A bargaining unit member may submit additional comments to the written evaluation if he/she so desires. All written evaluations are to be placed in the bargaining unit member's personnel file.
Evaluation Conference. A meeting in which authorized evaluators discuss with the probationary faculty member the results of the evaluation and announce their recommendations. At the evaluation conference, the faculty member shall receive the following: Copies of applicable classroom visitations (H.4.a, H.4.b, H.4.c, H.4.d) Summary of applicable student evaluations (H.2.a, H.2.b, H.2.c, H.2.d, H.2.e, H.2.f) with a tally and all written comments
Evaluation Conference. 19.1.3.2.1 Prior to the evaluation conference, the Immediate Management Supervisor will complete a preliminary evaluation on the Performance Evaluation Form. In formulating the preliminary evaluation, the Immediate Management Supervisor will consider information provided by supervising bargaining Unit Members and/or supervising faculty members.
Evaluation Conference. 1. An evaluation conference to be held no sooner than seven (7) calendar days after the observation will be scheduled by the evaluator. The conference will deal with, but not be limited to, the items listed above in the evaluation report and Self Reflection.
Evaluation Conference. 8.3.6.1 The evaluation conference is a required meeting between the primary evaluator and the classified employee. The purpose of the evaluation conference is to review and discuss the classified employee’s performance in detail.
Evaluation Conference. Each employee will have the opportunity to discuss the written evaluation report with his or her evaluator prior to the report being filed in the employee’s personnel file. Each employee shall be notified no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled evaluation conference. If there is anything negative in the evaluation report, the employee has the right to request a follow- up conference with an Organization representative present.
Evaluation Conference. The evaluator will conference with the employee to discuss not only the contents of the evaluation, but also to set objectives and/or goals for professional growth, to improve performance or better meet the District’s needs.
Evaluation Conference. 4.3.1 The immediate supervisor shall schedule an evaluation conference with the employee to be evaluated. Evaluation Conferences shall be conducted during the employee's workday. Evaluation shall not be performed by unit members. The evaluation shall be based upon the personal observation and/or the knowledge of the evaluator of the employee’s performance during the evaluation period. However, input may be obtained for the evaluation from unit members or academic personnel (Department Chairs, Faculty Leaders, and Faculty Coordinators) that have a responsibility in their job description or duties to provide direction to the evaluated employee. The supervisor shall verify the accuracy of any such input.
Evaluation Conference. After the DPRC has reviewed the faculty member’s files, the Division Chair together with the chair of the DPRC shall meet to conference with each faculty member to discuss the results of the evaluation and provide the candidate with a copy of the DPRC letter that is signed by the committee members. The Division Chair shall prepare a summary of the evaluation conference which shall be presented to the faculty member within ten (10) days of the conference and placed in the personnel file in the di vi s i on office and forwarded to the Xxxx and the Xxxxxxx via the faculty member’s PRC binder. The faculty member shall sign the report to acknowledge receipt thereof.
