Common use of Student Hygiene Clause in Contracts

Student Hygiene. A. No teacher shall be required to clean up bodily fluids of any student. B. Teachers having responsibilities in the area of hygiene activities must be appropriately licensed and/or trained, and, if the teacher does not have appropriate training to perform the assigned hygiene activities, the Board will provide the requisite training at no cost to the employee.
