Common use of STUDENT PARKING Clause in Contracts

STUDENT PARKING. A. Students must have and maintain a 2.50 GPA each semester to maintain a parking space. B. Students with valid MPHS parking permits must park in assigned numbered space only. C. Students will not exchange parking spaces with other approved student drivers unless approved by the JROTC Department Staff. D. Students found purchasing permits for students not eligible to drive will forfeit their right to drive to school. E. Students must not park in RESERVED NUMBERED parking spaces INDICATED BY THE LETTER R X. Xxxxx Park High School will not be held liable for stolen or damaged vehicles while parked on campus. G. STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE THERE PARKING SPOTS TO OTHER STUDENTS UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES!
