Common use of Student Reporting Clause in Contracts

Student Reporting. The School agrees to report to the Sponsor its student enrollment as provided in Section 1011.62, Florida Statutes, and, in accordance with the definitions contained in Section 1011.61, Florida Statutes, at the agreed-upon intervals and using the method used by the Sponsor’s district when recording and reporting cost data by program. The Sponsor agrees to include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s district report of student enrollment. In addition, for each year of the term of this charter, the School will submit the projected full-time equivalent student membership of the School to the Sponsor by the date specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will also provide training for the School’s personnel in the use of designated district applications necessary to respond to the legislative requirements of Section 1008.345, Florida Statutes, including the annual report and the state required assessment program.
