Student Transcript. The BS in Psychology/Kutztown student must forward an unofficial Kutztown transcript verifying junior standing and 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA prior to enrolling in MS in Sport and Performance Psychology/Commonwealth courses. Any costs associated with the transcript will be paid by the student. Maximum Credits Permitted in Accelerated Program: Given that PASSHE Procedure/Standard Number 2016-25-A permits up to 40% of graduate program credits (rounded to the nearest whole number) to be applied to satisfy the undergraduate degree requirements, the BS in Psychology/Kutztown students provisionally accepted into the Commonwealth MS in Sport and Performance Psychology may earn a maximum of twelve MS in Sport and Performance Psychology /Commonwealth credits prior to completing the BS in Psychology at Kutztown.

  • Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA pupils in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the LEA pupil’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA pupils and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.

  • Transcripting of Credit For Dual Credit Courses, high school as well as college credit shall be transcripted immediately upon a student’s completion of the performance required in the course.

  • Review of Documents Borrower has reviewed: (a) the Note, (b) the Security Instrument, (c) the Commitment Letter, and (d) all other Loan Documents.

  • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process.   • Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview.
