Common use of STUDENT UNREST Clause in Contracts

STUDENT UNREST. In the event of potentially violent student demonstrations at the Xxxxx City Community Schools, the school district agrees to provide protection for its employees of the bargaining unit. Should demonstrations occur and the employee has not yet reported for work, the employees will be notified in advance that they are not to report to work. In that event, the employees will be paid at the regular rate of pay for the duration of the demonstration.
