Common use of Studies Clause in Contracts

Studies. Buyer's approval of all soils, engineering, seismic, environmental, topography, hazardous waste, geotechnical, wetlands, drainage and other studies that may be deemed necessary by Buyer or required by any governmental agency in connection with the Property and Buyer's planned development and use of the Property.

Seller shall deliver all such studies in its possession or within its control to Buyer within five (5) days from the Effective Date.

All such studies, reports or other data shall be acquired at Buyer's expense.

All studies are to be obtained by Buyer at Buyer's sole expense. In the event Buyer fails to close, all such studies shall become the property of Seller at no expense to Seller.
