Sub-Area A. Xxxxx Bay Xxxxx Bay is located just inside the Valdez Narrows. The Bay is protected from storms by a shallow underwater ridge and a xxxxx spit at the entrance. Because this area provides a variety of wildlife habitat, it has been set aside as a marine state park with no road access (City of Xxxxxx, 1992). Xxxxx Glacier Stream releases heavy loads of glacial silt in the summer. The outwash has formed a small mudflat at the mouth of the stream. The rest of the shoreline is rocky with cliffs near the glacier and along the sides of the Bay. Xxxxx Bay supports more sea otters year round and may be more heavily used by migratory birds in the spring and fall than other areas of the Port (Xxxxxxx, 1995; Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx, 1979). In summer a colony of Black-legged Kittiwakes nests on the cliffs near Xxxxx Glacier. Terns and gulls also nest in colonies on the rocky cliffs and the spit at the entrance to the Bay (Xxxxx and Irons, 1988). Tour boats and fishing vessels are common in the summer (Xxxxxxx, 1995). Mining for gold, copper, lead, and zinc has occurred in the past. A lode mine operates just east of Xxxxx Bay (pers. comm., Xxxx Xxxx, BLM, 1995).

  • Sale Area Map The boundaries of “Sale Area” and any subdivision thereof, are as shown on the at- tached “Sale Area Map” that is made a part hereof, and were, before timber sale advertisement, designated on the ground by Forest Service to meet the anticipated needs of the parties. The location of Sale Area and its approximate acreage are stated in A1. Subdivisions may be revised and additional ones may be established only by written agreement. Subdivisions or cutting units may be eliminated from Sale Area under conditions described in B6.36. Catastrophically Damaged areas may be re- moved from Sale Area under B8.32. Where applicable, the following are also identified on Sale Area Map:

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study.   • Sale Area When portions of the sale area become subject to a foreign or domestic governmental regulation or order that will likely prevent timber harvest for a period that will exceed the expiration date of this contract, and Purchaser has complied with this contract, the following shall apply:

When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
