Sub-Area C. City of Xxxxxx The city waterfront covers approximately a kilometer of the Port Valdez coastline. A small dock for the Alaskan State Ferry, the city dock, and the petroleum dock are found at the western end of this area. Fuel loading and off-loading occur at both the petroleum dock and the city dock. The small boat harbor at the eastern end of the area contains 510 berths, most of which are used by recreational boaters. Local and transient commercial fishing boats also dock in the small boat harbor. There are two seafood processing plants on the boat harbor jetty and one at the city dock. These plants discharge fish wastes into the adjacent waters. The SERVS dock, where the spill response activities are coordinated, is located to the east of the boat harbor jetty. The shoreline along the city waterfront is mostly gravel or cobble beaches. An area along the south side of the boat harbor jetty supports nesting Arctic Terns (Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx, 1979; Xxxxx and Xxxxx, 1988; XxXxx and Xxxxxx, 1969) Fish wastes in the area are likely to attract crabs, gulls, seals, and other scavengers.

  • Sale Area Map The boundaries of “Sale Area” and any subdivision thereof, are as shown on the at- tached “Sale Area Map” that is made a part hereof, and were, before timber sale advertisement, designated on the ground by Forest Service to meet the anticipated needs of the parties. The location of Sale Area and its approximate acreage are stated in A1. Subdivisions may be revised and additional ones may be established only by written agreement. Subdivisions or cutting units may be eliminated from Sale Area under conditions described in B6.36. Catastrophically Damaged areas may be re- moved from Sale Area under B8.32. Where applicable, the following are also identified on Sale Area Map:

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Sale Area When portions of the sale area become subject to a foreign or domestic governmental regulation or order that will likely prevent timber harvest for a period that will exceed the expiration date of this contract, and Purchaser has complied with this contract, the following shall apply:

In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. These areas are: • Capital District • Xxxxxx • Millwood • Xxxxxxxxx • Con Ed • Long Island

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION PREMISES A. Concessionaire shall preserve and maintain the Concession Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Concessionaire is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Concession Premises.

  • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option. The Assuming Bank promptly shall relinquish and release to the Receiver such premises and the Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures located thereon in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted. By occupying any such premises after the expiration of such ninety (90)-day period, the Assuming Bank shall, at the Receiver's option, (x) be deemed to have agreed to purchase such Bank Premises, and to assume all leases, obligations and liabilities with respect to leased Furniture and Equipment and leased Fixtures located thereon and any ground lease with respect to the land on which such premises are located, and (y) be required to purchase all Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures owned by the Failed Bank and located on such premises as of Bank Closing.
