Common use of Sub-Committee on Rules of Origin Clause in Contracts

Sub-Committee on Rules of Origin. 1. For the purposes of the effective implementation andoperation of this Chapter, a Sub-Committee on Rules of Origin(hereinafter referred to in this Article as "theSub-Committee") shall be established pursuant to Article 11. 2. The functions of the Sub-Committee shall be: (a) reviewing and making appropriate recommendations,as needed, to the Joint Committee on: (i) the implementation and operation of thisChapter; (ii) any amendments to Annex 2 and Attachment to Annex 3, proposed by either Party; and (iii) the Implementing Regulations referred to inRule 11 of Annex 3; (b) considering any other matter related to this Chapter, as the Parties may agree; (c) reporting the findings of the Sub-Committee to theJoint Committee; and (d) carrying out other functions as may be delegated bythe Joint Committee pursuant to Article 11.

The functions of the Sub-Committee shall bebe to: (a) reviewing review and making make appropriate recommendations,, as needed, to the Joint Committee on: (i) the implementation and operation of thisChapterthis Chapter; (ii) any amendments to Annex Annexes 2 and 3, and Attachment to Annex 34, proposed by either any Party; and (iii) the Implementing Regulations referred to inRule in Rule 11 of Annex 34; (b) considering consider any other matter as the Parties may agree related to this Chapter, as the Parties may agree; (c) reporting report the findings of the Sub-Committee to theJoint the Joint Committee; and (d) carrying carry out other functions as may be delegated bythe by the Joint Committee pursuant to Article 11. The Sub-Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Governments of the Parties, and may invite representatives of relevant entities other than the Governments of the Parties with necessary expertise relevant to the issues to be discussed, upon agreement of all the Parties.

The functions of the Sub-Committee 15 shall be: (a) reviewing and making appropriate recommendations,as needednecessary, to the Joint Committee on: (i) the implementation and operation of thisChapter; (ii) any amendments to Annex 2 and Attachment to Annex or 3, proposed by either byeither Party; and (iii) the Implementing Regulations Operational Procedures for Rules ofOrigin referred to inRule 11 of Annex 3in Article 50; (b) considering discussing any other matter issues related to this Chapter, as the Parties may agree; (c) reporting the findings of the Sub-Committee to theJoint tothe Joint Committee; and (d) carrying out other functions as may be delegated bythe delegatedby the Joint Committee pursuant to in accordance with Article 1114.

For the purposes of the effective implementation andoperation and operation of this Chapter, the Parties hereby establish a Sub-Sub- Committee on Rules of Origin(hereinafter Origin (hereinafter referred to in this Article as "theSubthe Sub-Committee") shall be established pursuant to Article 11). 2. The functions of the Sub-Sub- Committee shall be: (a) reviewing and making appropriate recommendations,, as needednecessary, to the Joint Committee on: (i) the implementation and operation of thisChapterthis Chapter; (ii) any amendments to Annex 2 and Attachment to Annex or 3, proposed by either Party; and (iii) the Implementing Regulations Operational Procedures for Rules of Origin referred to inRule 11 of Annex 3in Article 3.26; (b) considering any other matter as the Parties may agree related to this Chapter, as the Parties may agree; (c) reporting the findings of the Sub-Committee to theJoint the Joint Committee; and (d) carrying out other functions as may be delegated bythe by the Joint Committee. 3. The Sub-Committee pursuant to Article 11shall be composed of representatives of the Governments of the Parties. 4. The Sub-Committee shall hold meetings at such times and venues or by means, as may be agreed by the Parties.
