SUB LETTING OF WORK. No contractor shall sublet or assign any work in part or whole to any firm, individual, partnership firm, Pvt. Ltd., Company, Proprietorship firm etc without the prior written permission of BCPL. In case the contractor sublets or assigns the contract in part or whole without the prior written permission of BCPL and any claim referred by any firm / individual to BCPL stating that the main contractor has not paid his or their dues/ payments, in that circumstances, BCPL shall without assigning any reasons, withhold from the payments of contractor, the amount equivalent to the claim amount of sub-contractor/ individual/ vendor
