Xxxxx of Work. The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.
Xxxxx of Work. DHS shall provide fair hearing appeal adjudication services to MNsure as described in Exhibit D, Fair Hearing and Appeal Services, which is attached and incorporated into this Agreement.
Xxxxx of Work. DHS shall provide Standard Issuance Operations Center print and mail services for METS and MNsure's QHP program.
Xxxxx of Work. DHS through XX.XX@DHS shall provide METS System Development-QHP services associated with the implementation and enhancement of MNsure’s state-based Health Insurance Exchange as authorized by the METS Executive Steering Committee, and cost allocated in accordance with federally approved DHS PACAP.
Xxxxx of Work. 1. Payroll. DHS shall:
a. Process bi-Weekly employee payroll for MNsure employees.
b. Process payroll funding and expense corrections to ensure that all salaries are paid from the correct funding source. Corrections will be processed when received or during the next available open pay period.
c. Process other needed payroll adjustments, including retroactive wage increases, or changes to claimed sick or vacation.
d. Print and review payroll reports as required by Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) policy.
e. Maintain audit trail for payment documents.
f. Serve as contact for MNsure employees with questions regarding Direct Deposit.
Xxxxx of Work. DHS through its XX.XX@DHS shall be the technical lead for METS operations as defined and authorized by the METS Executive Steering Committee, and
Xxxxx of Work. The scope of this contract is to provide meals specified by the Institution and deliver the specified meals to the site or sites the Institution identifies in the Delivery Schedule on Attachment 7 to this contact. Meals shall be delivered daily in accordance with all quote specifications and attachments regarding this contract. (See Attachments 1 - 7.)
Xxxxx of Work. This Agreement is limited to those activities required to enable the APFO to contract, inspect, and deliver one meter natural color ortho-rectified digital imagery consistent with the requirements of the NAIP contract (USDA-NAIP-3-07) as amended and the 2010 task order (NAIP-TO-3-09-1). The contract and task order will be posted on the APFO website (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxx.xxx go to Aerial Photography, Contract Services, Business Opportunities) by February 15, 2010.
Xxxxx of Work. This item is broken into project specific criteria depending on the type of project being proposed: planning, education or hazardous fuel reduction. Please answer one section of questions that pertain to the primary activity type for your project.
Section 1: Hazardous Fuel Reduction/Removal of Dead or Dying Tree Projects
1. Describe the geographic scope of the project, including an estimate of the number of habitable structures and the names of the general communities that will benefit.
2. Describe the goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the project.
3. Provide a clear rational for how the proposed project will reduce the risks associated with wildfire to habitable structures in the WUI.
4. Identify any additional assets at risk to wildfire that will benefit from the proposed project. These may include, but are not limited to, domestic and municipal water supplies, power lines, communication facilities and community centers.
5. Is the scale of the project appropriate to achieve the stated goals, objectives and outcomes discussed in Item 2 above?
6. How will the project/activity utilize the left over woody biomass? Will the project/activity use a biomass facility to reduce greater greenhouse gas emissions?
Xxxxx of Work. DHS shall provide background study services to MNsure in accordance with the duties, responsibilities, and obligations set forth below. DHS shall:
1. Provide designated MNsure and Assister Resource Center staff with sufficient user access to the DHS NETStudy or NETStudy 2.0 application to allow for the performance of their job duties.
